Salad in glass

Ingredients:
(for 3 servings)
- 100g corn
- 140g cherry tomatoes
- 100g cucumbers
- 120g couscous
- 100g chickpeas
- 120g tuna
Dressing:
- 2 spoons peanut butter
- 1 spoon lime juice
- 1 spoon soya sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- teaspoon honey
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Mix all dressing ingredients and partition into glasses.
- Lay sliced tomatoes on a dressing, then cucumbers and corn.
- Add cooked couscous, chickpeas and tuna.
- Close the glasses and move them to the fridge.
- Shake before consuption to mix the ingredients together.
