Oat-flakes minicookies

Ingredients:
- 100 g wholegrain flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 g softened butter
- 150 g oat-flakes
- 80 g cane sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- jam, chocolate, nuts
Directions:
- Mix the flour with baking powder.
- Mix butter with oat-flakes, cinnamon, sugar, and egg.
- Then add the flour with baking powder and make a dough.
- Leave in fridge for an hour.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Make balls out of the dough and lay them on a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Flatten the balls and make a little dent in them.
- Bake approx 10 minutes.
- Fill each dent with a smidgen of jam, chocolate chip or nut (I used homemade jam and walnuts).
- Let them bake for another 10 minutes.
- Now you can enjoy the excellent minicookies!
