Curd cake

Ingredients:
- a bit of butter
- breadcrumbs
- 200g icing sugar
- 1bag of vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 150g butter
- 500g curd
- 200g coarse flour
- 1bag of baking powder
Directions:

We wipe the form with butter. Pour breadcrumbs on the bottom of the form. We heat the oven to 160°C.

We wipe all the sugar with the yolks and butter in a bowl. Then we add curd, egg whites, and gradually flour with baking powder. Mix into a smooth fluffy dough. We slowly pour the dough into the form. We bake it for 60 minutes.
